Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Registrations will not be taken over the phone. NOTE: This event is closed to the press.
Important Notice

You will be asked to read and sign a waiver with following information: Notre Dame requires all attendees to wear a mask while indoors no matter the attendee’s vaccination status. During meals, attendees may take their masks off. By providing my initials below, I acknowledge that I will follow these guidelines. If mask guidance changes, NDIA will provide updated information to all attendees.

You will be asked to read and sign a waiver with following information: At this current time, NDIA requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test upon arrival to the 2022 WISE event. By providing my initials below, I acknowledge that upon arrival to the event, I will provide to NDIA staff proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test within the past 72 hours of February 11, 2022. Refusal to show proof of either will result in the attendee being asked to leave the event premises.

You will be asked to answer the following question as either "Yes"/"No"/"Prefer not to answer": I will be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as of 2/11/2022. Note, fully vaccinated includes two weeks following the final dose of any FDA approved vaccines. Reminder: attendees must show proof of vaccination or negative COVID test upon arrival at event.
Registration Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact Alissa Meehan at ameehan@ndia.org no later than the first week of February, 2021. Substitutions are also welcome in lieu of cancellation.
WID is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. WID will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at WID conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the WID event.
