U.S. Government Civilian or DoD Member of WID or its affiliates (NDIA, NTSA) or Foreign/Allied Government Civilian. Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration.
U.S. or Foreign Active Duty Military. A valid military employee email is required at time of registration.
Academia registration is for full-time faculty at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration. Adjunct professors are not eligible.
Student registration is for full-time students attending an academic institution. A valid student email and resume is required at time of registration. Part-time students are not eligible. Visit the "Student Information" page for more information.
Age 30 and under. Must be able to show proof of age upon completing registration.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by Thursday, September 2 will receive a refund minus a $40 cancellation fee. For registrations under $50, a $10 cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Thursday, September 2. Please contact Alissa Meehan at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel. Substitutions are also welcome in lieu of cancellation. Refunds will not be given for no shows. Login sharing is strictly prohibited.
Credential Sharing Policy
By registering for the WID Fall Webinar series, you understand that sharing login credentials and passwords is prohibited. Sharing your login credentials means lending your username and password to someone else or using someone else's username and password to gain access to any WID event is prohibited. WID reserves the right to revoke credentials for any individuals found sharing credentials.
WID is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. WID will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at WID conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the WID event.
