Ann Webster joined Women In Defense (WID) as the Associate Director in January 2020. She has more than five years’ experience working in membership-based and non-profit organizations. Ann assists with oversight of and support to WID’s 22 chapters, 2,600 individual members and the WID Scholar Program. In addition, Ann manages the WID and National Defense Industrial Association’s (NDIA) Member-Only Webinar Series. Prior to joining WID, she served as NDIA’s Corporate Membership Manager, where she played a key role on the Membership and Chapters team and served as the main point of contact for NDIA’s 1,600 corporate members. Ann graduated from Denison University in 2014 with a major in Communications and a minor in Art History.
