Danielle is a Partner in PwC’s Digital Core Modernization platform, with a history of leading HCM transformations across a variety of industries including Government, Aerospace & Defense, Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech & Communications, Professional Business Services, and Higher Ed. Her areas of expertise include creating value for organizations undergoing talent transformations, HR service delivery model redesign, mergers & acquisitions, and HR/Finance/IT alignment. She brings 20+ years of consulting, corporate, and public sector experience to support organizational leaders in their transformation initiatives. Prior to PwC, Danielle began her career in the federal government helping agencies redefine their hiring and promotion practices. After the federal government, she worked in both boutique HR consulting firms and global system integrator firms helping clients leverage technology to drive transformation in their organizations. Danielle holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.
