Bio

Adrienne Rudolph completed her bachelor's degree in Aero/Astro Engineering at Purdue University and received her master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland (UMD). She is currently pursuing her PhD under the advisement of Brent Barbee and Dr. Ray Sedwick at UMD. Currently leading the student team for UMD's TERP RAPTOR mission to the asteroid Apophis, Adrienne is conducting research on asteroid disruption modeling to determine what heuristics define robust disruption, predict fragment behavior, and ultimately help prevent future Earth impacts. This summer, Adrienne is interning with The Aerospace Corporation and training for UMD's Scientific Diving Program.
