Bio
Zoe Desch is a senior at the University of Notre Dame majoring in Political Science and Studio Art. She is an undergraduate fellow at the Notre Dame International Security Center and has worked for the National Defense University, Notre Dame, and the Carnegie Endowment. Zoe is interested in nuclear policy, supply chain, and cybersecurity and is currently writing her senior thesis on Chinese technology theft through espionage.
