Bio
Samantha Hubner is a Masters candidate at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy studying International Security Studies, Geospatial Intelligence, and Tech Policy with advanced language specializations in Mandarin Chinese and French. In addition to her studies, Samantha is an X-Force fellow with the National Security Innovation Network/Defense Innovation Unit, a graduate research analyst at the Fletcher School's Digital Planet, and a senior consultant for tech startup Premise Data's global security team. She is also currently working as a teaching assistant, in partnership with faculty at the Naval War College, for the flagship course National Security in the Cyber Domain. Her primary research interests are in information warfare, specifically as she explores frameworks to map disinformation vulnerability in Taiwan.
