Abigail Keith is a Master of Science in electrical engineering candidate at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. She works as a research assistant focused on using signal processing and information theory to simulate sonar search strategies. With a passion for encouraging young women to pursue careers in STEM, she served as her university’s president of the Society of Women Engineers for two years, leading and planning numerous career readiness and STEM outreach events. She previously interned at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and Raytheon Technologies, and will begin her defense engineering career at Raytheon Technologies in the fall.
