If cancellation occurs, no refund will be offered as all donations received from this event will be attributed to the HORIZONS Scholarship fund.* However, substitutions are welcome and encouraged. Please email Andrea Lane at alane@ndia.org with any registration issues or substitution requests.
*Any additional generous donations for the HORIZONS Scholarship fund will be accepted on-site.
