Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an emailed confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Please register with the correct form of payment. A $5 fee will be applied to those wishing to switch forms of payment. Payment must be made at the time of registration and no registrations will be taken over the phone.
If cancellation occurs, no refund will be offered as all donations received from this event will be attributed to the HORIZONS Scholarship fund. However, substitutions are welcome and encouraged. Please email NDIAmeetings@ndia.org with any registration issues or substitution requests.
