She is also the founder of Women for Outreach and Leadership (WOL), an initiative committed to mentorship and professional growth for women in national security and government contracting. Alisha is an active member of AFCEA Rocky Mountain and DC Chapters and is a strong advocate for inclusion and equity across the federal technology space.
