Prior to joining Rheinmetall Mikayla worked as a Software Engineering Manager for a company that provided augmented reality solutions to manufacturing processes all across the world. Prior to that has worked for a vehicle infotainment startup that was acquired by a large OEM and before that an automotive chipset manufacturer. Her experience is in management, development, design and engineering with a focus on complex systems integrations.

Mikayla has earned a BS in Computer Science from Kettering University.
