Alexandra Psaris is a Director in PwC’s strategy consulting practice.  Based in DC, she leads the Aerospace and Defense growth strategy practice, with her primary focus on digital transformation. She has over 10 years of experience supporting large programs and A&D organizations with their strategy and digital assets development. 

Alexandra holds a BSBA in Finance from Bucknell University where she was a member of the NCAA Division I Swim & Dive team. She also holds a Chief Data Officer Certification from Carnegie Mellon. 

Alexandra recently presented at the NDIA IPMD 2024 Spring Conference as the keynote speaker for AI Enabled Predictive Program Management. She discussed the importance of using AI-enabled capabilities with forward-looking program visibility to strengthen program capture and affordability.
