Hayley van Stappen is Palantir’s Enterprise Lead for Project Brown Heron. She has spent the past 4 years at Palantir, successfully delivering numerous complex software solutions across the Department of Defense. Prior to Palantir, Hayley worked at the Center for Naval Analyses, an FFRDC for the Navy and Marine Corps, conducting studies in manpower, oceanography, energy, and installations, and providing analytical support during ARG-MEU training exercises. Hayley graduated with honors from Tufts University with a BS in Biology and Environmental Studies and with distinction from the London School of Economics with an MSc in Environment and Development.
