Yasi Akbari is a Senior Manager in PwC’s Consulting Solutions practice. Based in DC, she leads the aerospace and defense workforce transformation team, bringing expertise to cross-functional clients on all parts of the hire-to-retire lifecycle.

Yasi holds a Bachelor’s of Arts from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and an MBA focused on corporate and nonmarket strategy from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business which she completed while working full-time at the firm. As one of the youngest Senior Managers at the firm, Yasi is passionate about workforce development and coaching.

Born and raised in the DC Metro area, she currently lives in Reston, Virginia with her husband and pandemic dog, Zoey. In her free time, Yasi enjoys hikes at Great Falls, Pelotoning, and conducting in-depth analyses of Taylor Swift lyrics.
