Bio

Angie Lommen is a program director in the Projects/Programs/Portfolio Office (P3O) within the Combat Mission Systems (CMS) Programs and Technology organization at BAE Systems. In this role, Angie drives continuous improvement initiatives across programs and functions within the CMS business.

Angie has held many roles during her nearly 25 years at BAE Systems. Prior to her current role, she was the director for the Bradley Family of Vehicles for four years. She also served as the director of Ground Vehicles Sustainment where she led comprehensive combat vehicle systems and sub-system life cycle support covering Army (Bradley, M88, M109, M113) and U.S. Marine Corps (Amphibious Assault Vehicle and Amphibious Combat Vehicle) platforms. Other roles include director of Logistics for the Combat Vehicles business, program director for Protection Systems & Technical Support, and finance director within the legacy Land & Armaments sector.

Angie is heavily involved in the community where she represents BAE Systems on the Board of Directors for the National Defense Industrial Association Michigan Chapter and the Sterling Heights Community Foundation. She also mentors for the Women in Defense Michigan Chapter and was on the Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry Board, serving as 2019 Chairman of the Board.

Angie is a certified Project Management Professional and earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of North Dakota and her MBA at the University of St. Thomas. She and her husband Curt and daughter Elise live in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
