Kaitlin Frederick is a Sr. Project Engineering Manager at Elbit America in Merrimack, New Hampshire. She has been working in their handheld targeting portfolio for the last 2.5 years. Prior to coming into the defense industry, Kaitlin also worked in the automotive and medical device industries. She attended the University of New Hampshire – Durham, where she received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. In her free time, she enjoys exercise, playing volleyball, and doing projects around the house she recently bought.
