Industry Expo and Display Opportunities

WID's Industry Expo provides displayers and attendees with opportunities to interact with a wide range of defense and national security organizations. Some organizations will actively seek employment candidates, some will pursue partnering opportunities, and all will look to connect with women in the defense industry.

Attendees: Remember to bring your updated resume to share, and strengthen your network as you pursue partnerships or future career opportunities

Share your organization's message with National Conference attendees as a displayer at the Industry Expo. Displayers will receive a six-foot skirted table, space in a high-traffic area and two Industry Expo registrations. Display time runs from the start of the conference through the afternoon coffee break, and displays must be staffed during the conference breaks.

NDIA Member Costs: $2,000   |   NDIA Non-Member Costs: $2,500 

  • One (1) 6-foot skirted tabletop space in a high-traffic area
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Two (2) Industry Expo registrations
  • One (1) wastebasket
  • Access to an electrical hook-up (upon request)

Although computer systems for demonstration are permitted, minimal hardware should be utilized.  Formal decorating companies are not allowed. Companies must bring their own displays and do their own set-up and break down.

Signup deadline for inclusion in printed conference materials is July 22, 2020.
