Registration

Registration is planned to open in April, 2020. 

All full-day conference registrations include breakfast, attendance at the Service to the Flag Awards Ceremony luncheon, access to the Industry Expo and attendance at the Networking Reception.

Service to the Flag Ticket ONLY is limited to luncheon access only.
Networking Reception Ticket ONLY is limited to reception access only. 

Online Registration

Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

On-site registration will be open during the following times: 7:15 am - 6:00 pm. *Please note: Registration times are subject to change.

At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:

  • Government: Government employee ID badge
  • Industry and Academia: Government-issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)

Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Academia
Academia registration is for full-time faculty at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors are not eligible.

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Tiffany Milnor at tmilnor@ndia.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received before August 27, 2020, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. For registrations under $100, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after ThursdayAugust 27, 2020. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment. 

Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!

NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment.
